For all ID X PL items, ID offers FREE exchanges for size. Submit an exchange request and ID will send you a pre-made shipping label to use for your exchange. Custom items are not eligible for refund, please contact support@shopidxpl.com for more information regarding returning/exchanging custom items.

ID offers exchanges/returns within the first 30 days of your purchase. ID X PL items may be returned within 30 days of your purchase and exchanged at any time, while supplies last. Sale items can be exchanged however not refunded. The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and the tag must still be present. Shipping costs for refunds are nonrefundable.
